Plain-language guidance for using this site.
Who this site is for
VALHALLA WITHIN is an independent, personal awareness and encouragement website for adults. It is not a company, charity or treatment provider. Some content mentions depression, trauma and other difficult experiences, handled with care.
Not treatment, not a crisis service
Our content and tools offer general encouragement and information. They are not diagnosis, therapy, treatment or crisis intervention, and don't replace a qualified professional. The site isn't monitored around the clock and can't respond to emergencies. If you need help now, visit Find Support or contact local emergency services.
Read-only and anonymous
There are no public visitor accounts, and your Inner Compass and Forge answers and tasks are not sent to us or saved by the site. Normal technical requests and staff sign-ins are described in our Privacy Notice. You can't post, comment or message on the site. Please don't try to access staff areas or interfere with the service.
Sharing our quotes and stories
You're welcome to share Daily Resolve quotes, posters and links for personal, non-commercial use, with the content kept intact and credited to VALHALLA WITHIN. This is a non-exclusive permission; it doesn't transfer ownership. The VALHALLA WITHIN name, logo, symbols and editorial content are not for commercial use without permission. (Ownership and licensing of all artwork are being confirmed by the owner.)
Outside services
We link to independent organisations such as helplines, and use outside providers to run the site (see our Privacy Notice). We don't control those services.
Availability and accuracy
We work to keep the site available and information, including support details, accurate and current, but we can't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted, complete or error-free.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under South African law, including consumer and privacy rights.
VALHALLA WITHIN is not a crisis, clinical or emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or go to your nearest emergency department. Find support now.
